Pininfarina is developing the Light Towers as a prototype for future living, prioritizing the well-being of residents while promoting indoor-outdoor living and fostering a sense of home and safety. The design of the amenity areas aims to create spaces that encourage a deeper connection with the surrounding environment. The concept emphasizes engaging all five senses, considering factors like temperature, the interplay of light and darkness, and the balance between open spaces and intimate enclosures, all centered on enhancing the user experience within the landscape.

Attention to detail is paramount in the design, allowing for adaptation to seasonal changes and incorporating contrasting colors that invite moments of discovery and connection with the environment.
